Grade 2 Point 2 – 4
Starting salary: £24,795 (actual per annum)
Hours of work: 37 hours per week / 39 weeks per year (term time + 5 PD days)
Working pattern: Monday - Thursday 08.00am – 16.00pm & Friday 8.00am - 15.30pm with a daily 30 min unpaid break.

Claydon High School is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the smooth operation of student focused programmes. This role is key to ensuring students receive timely, accurate and helpful support throughout their school journey. The successful candidate will also act as the main point of contact for first aid and oversee the day-to-day running of the medical room.

Claydon High School is a popular, oversubscribed and friendly comprehensive school on the outskirts of Ipswich; we are situated close to the A14 with easy transport links across Suffolk and into Essex. We are a small school with 767 students on roll which means that there is a close working relationship with all the staff and students in the school.
