Actual starting salary £13,790 (actual per annum)       

Hours of work: 20 hours per week /52 weeks per year

Monday – Friday: 07.00am – 11.00am

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Caretaker to join our Estates Team with Penrose Learning Trust.

You will work closely with our Estates Team to ensure that we are fully compliant in all matters concerning Health and Safety. You will also receive training and support so you can develop your knowledge and skills.

You will manage ongoing repairs, oversee contractors, assist with school events, waste management and ensure safety records are completed and up to date.

Your role is not just about ‘fixing things’, it’s about creating a safe and welcoming environment where both the students and staff can thrive.
