‘Be the best you can be’

Claydon High School is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and student-focused Coordinator of Personal Development to join our team. This pivotal role supports our commitment to ensuring every student leaves us informed, aspirational and ready for life beyond school.

You will play a central role in coordinating careers education, personal guidance, work experience, alternative provision and wider personal development opportunities across the school. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about raising aspirations, building community links and shaping positive futures for young people

Claydon High School is a popular, oversubscribed and friendly comprehensive school on the outskirts of Ipswich; we are situated close to the A14 with easy transport links across Suffolk and into Essex.  We are a small school with 767 students on roll which means that there is a close working relationship with all the staff and students in the school.  As part of the Penrose Learning Trust we also work closely with other schools within the MAT to achieve “excellence through collaboration”.

If you would like to have a chat about the post or visit the school please contact Sue Perrotton, Headteachers PA - admin@claydonhigh.com
