Midday Supervisor - Claydon Primary School

Working pattern: Monday – Friday variable between 11.30am – 13.30pm
Grade 1 Point 2: £12.65 per hour
Contract term can either be a casual agreement or placed on a permanent contract for 7 hours per week / 38 weeks per annum

We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and caring Midday Supervisor to join our lovely team. If you enjoy working with children and want a role that makes a real difference in their day, this is the perfect opportunity!
What You'll Do:
- Supervise students during lunch, in the dining hall and playground.
- Encourage positive behaviour and uphold our school rules and values.
- Support students, helping to create a safe, happy, and welcoming environment.
- Report any concerns or incidents to staff promptly.
Who We're Looking For:
- Someone who enjoys working with young people and can be a positive role model.
- Confident, approachable, and calm under pressure.
- Great communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous school or supervisory experience is a bonus, but not essential.
- Understanding of the importance of safeguarding and children’s wellbeing
