PA to the Deputy Chief Executive Officers - Penrose Learning Trust

Starting salary: £31,338 (actual per annum)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join Penrose Learning Trust, supporting our two Deputy Chief Executive Officers and playing a key role in promoting the Trust’s work and achievements through our social media and communications.
This varied and rewarding role is ideal for an experienced administrator or PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across a growing Multi Academy Trust.
The role includes:
- - Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Deputy CEOs'
- - Coordinating data protection and compliance administration activities
- - Maintaining key Trust registers and supporting statutory compliance requirements
- - Leading the Trust's social media presence and supporting external communications, including newsletters and website updates
- - Supporting Trust-wide events, training sessions and meetings
- - Acting as a first point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiries at Trust offices
We are looking for someone who:
- - Has experience in a PA, executive support or senior administrative role
- - Possesses excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
- - Has strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office applications
- - Can manage competing priorities and work independently
- - Has excellent attention to detail and maintains confidentiality at all times
- - Has experience and expertise in social media and digital communications
