Required as soon as possible

Scale 6 Point 19 - 24

Starting salary: £28,360 (actual per annum)

Hours of work: 37 hours per week / 39 weeks per year (term time + 5 PD days)

Working days: Monday to Thursday 8:15am – 4:15pm (30 min unpaid break)

                           Friday 8:15am – 3:45pm (30 min unpaid break)

Colchester Academy is a thriving secondary school, looking to appoint a Student Support Manager to join our Pastoral Team. The Academy’s Student Support Managers work to improve outcomes for young people by managing behaviour support provision, developing individual behaviour programmes and liaising with Academy staff, parents and external agencies.

A clean driving licence and your own vehicle are required as part of the role.
